ClearCasa is our own product: an independent purchase navigator for people buying a home in Spain. It brings our website, AI and integration work together in one practical service.
Its Free Buyer Hub brings together buyer preparation, a Costa Blanca Area Finder, purchase-cost estimates and personalised listing reviews from Rigby.
Building and developing our own product gives us hands-on experience of making information clearer, connecting tools and improving the customer journey.
Still in development: Buyer+ will extend the personalised journey from making an offer onwards. It is not yet available.
